Venue terms — pilot framework
Final commercial terms must be agreed in writing with each venue. This page summarises the current commercial framework and is not a substitute for a signed venue agreement.
Founding pilot
- 8–12 weeks.
- £0 installation and £0 monthly venue fee.
- 35% of net player-generated replay sales to the founding venue; 65% to REPLAY.
- No long-term commitment during the pilot.
- REPLAY supplies, installs and operates the equipment.
- If the pilot does not demonstrate sufficient demand, the system can be removed at REPLAY's cost.
Standard REPLAY-funded model
- £0 installation and £0 monthly venue fee.
- 30% of net replay sales to the venue; 70% to REPLAY.
- REPLAY retains equipment ownership and handles normal monitoring, software, processing and maintenance.
Net replay sales
For this commercial model, net replay sales means player payments after VAT, refunds and payment-processing charges. General REPLAY staffing, cloud or maintenance expenses are not deducted before calculating the venue share.
Operational schedule
Access, installation windows, support processes, privacy responsibilities, service scope and any post-pilot term are agreed in the signed venue agreement.
