Recording and consent information
When recording is active
Players will receive clear information that recording is taking place through the agreed venue journey, such as booking communications and on-site notices.
Access and sharing
The intended service uses controlled access for the relevant match group. Final authentication, group sharing and download rules are confirmed before go-live.
Retention and deletion
A documented retention period and deletion-request process will be agreed before the pilot starts and reflected in player-facing information.
Audio
The installation specification will explicitly state whether audio is captured. Audio will not be enabled without clear venue agreement and player-facing notice.
Junior matches
Junior use requires separate safeguarding and privacy arrangements. Recording should not be enabled for junior sessions until those arrangements have been agreed.
