Venue enquiries
When you submit the venue pilot form, REPLAY receives the details you provide so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. This may include your name, work email, optional phone number, venue details and your message.
Recording data
REPLAY is developing a venue recording service. Before any pilot goes live, the venue and REPLAY will document the recording purpose, access controls, retention schedule, deletion process, security responsibilities and the appropriate data-protection roles and lawful basis.
Player information
Players will be informed when recording is active. The final player notice will explain who can access footage, how long it is retained and how privacy requests can be made.
Cookies and analytics
This static marketing site does not currently include non-essential analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, the cookie and consent approach will be reviewed before deployment.
Questions and requests
Until a public contact address is supplied, venue operators can use the enquiry form on the football or padel page. Player-facing request channels will be defined before a venue recording pilot goes live.
